Teresa Gonzales – Front Office Coordinator

Teresa joined our office November 2010 and brings with her 30 years dental experience. She has strong organizational skills and is detail-oriented. She works with our patients' financial and insurance concerns and has comprehensive knowledge of insurance coding and patient relations.

She has two children, a son, AJ who attends Southwest High School and daughter, Arianna who attends Woodway Elementary. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, close to nature.

Carla Fortenberry - Insurance Coordinator

Carla Fortenberry; Carla joined our team in April 2011, she has 20 years experience in the dental field; Carla is passionate about dentistry and the well being of our patients. With the knowledge she brings, she strives to help inform and educate patient's about their insurance and patient treatment. Carla has a wonderful husband, 4 daughters and 2 grandchildren. When away from the office she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Shawn Milner - Receptionist / Dental Assistant

Shawn has been working with Dr. Jenkins for over six years. She is dedicated to serving our patients and making sure their visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. What Shawn loves most about dentistry is building trusting, long-term relationships with patients.

Shawn and her husband Chance stay busy with their daughter Lily who was born in March 2010. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, decorating, and spending time with her new family.

Amber Woodward - Hygienist

Amber joined our team in September 2003. Amber graduated with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 and prides herself on building trusting relationships with our patients. One thing you will notice about Amber is her compassionate nature and a genuine interest in helping our patients feel welcomed and comfortable.

Amber and her husband, Ben, have three beautiful children-Carter, Caroline, and Leighton. In her spare time, the very little she has with three children under the age of six; she enjoys traveling, scrap-booking, and being involved at church.

Tammy Dugger - Hygienist

Tammy is the newest member of our hygiene team. She graduated with honors from Tarrant County College in 2008. Tammy enjoys helping her patients stay healthy by educating them about proper oral healthcare techniques.

When she is not seeing patients, Tammy enjoys spending time with her two children.

Markanthony Valentine - RDA / Hygiene Coordinator

Markanthony started with our practice in 1999. He strives to build a long term relationship with our patients and educate them about oral hygiene, over the counter products and extra steps to prevent cavities.

Markanthony has been serving our country as an army reservist for 25 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife Myra of 2 years and his family. He also loves riding his motorcycle through the hills of Texas and across the country.

Jennifer Orozco - Dental Assistant

Jennifer has been working in the dental field for six years and joined our team in August 2006. She is extremely dedicated and enjoys working with our patients to attain beautiful, healthy smiles. Her gentle and caring attitude makes her a valuable member of Dr. Jenkins team.

Jennifer’s true passion is spending time with her husband, Peter of three years, and her two year old daughter, Isabelle. Jennifer and Peter are very involved in their church and enjoy working with their youth’s ministry. Jennifer also loves watching reruns of “Everybody Love’s Raymond”and could spend all of her time and money shopping at the Container Store.
